The Division of Holdings Company Personnel & Vendor Services, also known as HCPVS, is principally responsible for the administration of Human Resources and related functions for all units of the Holdings Company, and the administration of Centralized Vendor Services for the Holdings Company.
As a Shared Services Organization, this organization is overseen by the Executive Vice President - Shared Services and Chief Operating Officer of the Holdings Company. Led by a Vice President, who reports directly to the Executive Vice President, the Division of Holdings Company Personnel & Vendor Services has capable leadership to effectively administer the personnel needs of the Holdings Company.
The organization is currently split into two teams, both who will be led by Directors. There is the Human Resources Management Team, who manages the company's benefit programs for its personnel and vets any new potential entrant to the Company. The other team is the Vendor Management Team, who manages all of our vendor contracts and ensures compliance.
The leadership of this organization also works on any other tasks as assigned by the Executive Vice President of the Holdings Company.
